Barbequeing
From Tri-tip to Brisket, Ribs and Chicken, Steaks and hot links. Westwoods is a decent restaurant to try in Fresno,CA. From my experience I have found that gas grills are more for chicken hot links and sometimes burgers otherwise I only use my charcoal grill. Never really been competitive with my barbeque but everyone who's tried it always compliments the chef. Getting more into marinades and trying different seasonings.
Gaming
Been gaming since atari in the 1980's. They are still selling to this day. So much evolution of what you can do in these games. Yet lot of same problems still plague the multiplayer experience. I tend to play less competitive and more role player adventure types. Occassionally I will hop on shooters but only to enjoy talking smack to my stepsons lol.
Foodie
Who doesn't love food. Trying various styles of cuisine is always of interest to me. Sampling food you never thought you'd like because of stories you heard. Not everyone's taste buds react the same. Research and discover you next favorite entree or dessert.

Nice thick juicy medium well done Ribeye is my favorite cut of meat.

My Class and Work Schedule
My days consist of work from 9am to 5pm and then in the evening I work on class work for about 4 to 5 hours.
